The MATCH Program (Moving Ahead Toward Career Horizons) at GMHC assists people living with or at risk for HIV/AIDS in their efforts to succeed in the workforce. We offer comprehensive vocational assessment, training, job placement assistance and retention services to ensure successful transition to work. With enhanced skills, self-esteem, and confidence built by the program, participants are motivated to attain employment and achieve greater financial independence and autonomy. GMHC's MATCH program is a member of SEEDCO/N-PAC EarnFair Alliance, a coalition of workforce development service providers committed to ensuring that New York City's most vulnerable have access to meaningful opportunities to succeed in the workplace.
